The Walter Johnson Wildcats will venture away from home to  challenge the Kennedy Cavaliers  at 7:15  p.m. Walter Johnson will be strutting in after a  victory while Kennedy will be coming in after a  defeat.
 Walter Johnson will bounce into Tuesday's   game after  beating Richard Montgomery, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Walter Johnson strolled past Richard Montgomery with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  53-36.
 Walter Johnson got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Mira Mann out in front who  went 6 for 10 en route to 16 points plus six  rebounds and six  steals. What's more,  Mann also posted a 60%  field goal percentage, which is the highest she's  posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was  Kendall Alexander, who  scored 15 points plus four  steals and two  blocks.
 Meanwhile,  a  victory for Kennedy just wasn't in the cards  on Friday as the  team wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They were  outmatched by Seneca Valley on the road  and fell  71-44. The Cavaliers haven't had much luck with the Screamin' Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
 Walter Johnson strolled past Kennedy when the teams last played  back in December of 2023 by a score of  57-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Walter Johnson since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
