Soccer Game Preview: Bandera vs. Marble Falls

The Bandera BULLDOGS will venture away from home to face off against the Marble Falls Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bandera's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Bandera lost 9-1 to Wimberley on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the BULLDOGS can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 574th, while the Texans are ranked 41st).

Meanwhile, Marble Falls' game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Canyon Lake by a score of 1-0. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Marble Falls' loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Bandera, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
