Hagan Hines threw for 109 yards and 45 touchdowns. He went 9-19 with 1 interceptions.
Hines put up the best numbers through the air as Summit Academy fell to North Summit. Hines' favorite target this week was Steven Harp, who caught 3 passes for 65 yards.
Austin Wardle was the best receiver in the league this week as Millard lost to the Eagles. Wardle racked up 4 receptions for 86 yards.
Henderson was the most successful running back in the league this week. Neil Davis also contributed to the rushing game with 40 yards on the ground.
Gunnison Valley's Tyson Moosman and Jacob Hatch have formed a dream team this season, leading 2A - North in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Moosman has thrown for 517 yards this season, while Hatch has 28 catches for 517 yards. American Leadership Academy's Henderson leads the league in rushing yards with 498.
Fans will be thrilled by an exciting game in the secondary when the Bulldogs' Hatch goes up against Chas Ryan's team's Jon Brady.
Next week's game between Gunnison Valley and the Eagles will feature a good passing match up as Moosman will test his arm against Brady's defensive ability.
