Recap: Southern Boone Eagles vs. St. Elizabeth Hornets
The Southern Boone Eagles won the last time they faced the St. Elizabeth Hornets, and things went their way on Friday too. Southern Boone was the clear victor by a 62-41 margin over St. Elizabeth. The win made it back-to-back wins for Southern Boone.
St. Elizabeth's loss came despite strong showings from Isaac Green and Ryan Hodge. Green scored 12 points, while Hodge scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Kyson Green, who scored 5 points.
Southern Boone's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for St. Elizabeth, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Southern Boone won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Eugene. St. Elizabeth is on the road again on Saturday and play against Osage at 4:30 p.m. on December 2nd.
