Rosamond is 9-1 against Boron since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Roadrunners will take on the Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Thursday, Rosamond didn't have quite enough to beat Bishop Union and fell 3-2. The Roadrunners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Rosamond took Bishop Union into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-16, 16-25, 25-22, 15-11.

Meanwhile, Boron lost 3-0 to Mammoth on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-13.

Boron's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16-1. As for Rosamond, their loss dropped their record down to 16-14-2.

Everything went Rosamond's way against Boron in their previous matchup back in September, as Rosamond made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Roadrunners since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
