Central Magnet are taking a road trip to challenge the Washburn Pirates at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.

Central Magnet managed to slip by Tullahoma the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Central Magnet lost 15-0 to Tullahoma on Tuesday.

Washburn pushed their record up to 8-6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Central Magnet, they now have a losing record of 10-11.
