Soccer Game Preview: West Caldwell vs. Bandys

West Caldwell hasn't had much luck against Bandys recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Trojans at 5:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

West Caldwell is headed into Wednesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They lost 4-0 to West Lincoln. That's two games in a row now that West Caldwell have lost by exactly four goals.

Meanwhile, Bandys entered their game against Newton-Conover on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Trojans fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 1-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 3, 2023, but that streak is no more.

West Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 0-16-2. As for Bandys, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-3.

West Caldwell might still be hurting after the 9-0 loss they got from Bandys when the teams last played back in April. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
