Meridian is on an eight-game streak of home wins, while Lynden Christian is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Trojans will welcome the Lyncs at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Meridian is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Sehome just ended the team's six-match winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to the Mariners. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered since October 4th.

Meanwhile, Lynden Christian got the win against Sedro-Woolley on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Meridian's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Lynden Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1.
