Volleyball Recap: Chaparral Comes Up Short

Chaparral lost against Trinity Academy back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Roadrunners fell 2-0 to the Knights.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16.

Makiya Maka paced Chaparral's offense, picking up seven kills. Maka got some help from Emily Harding and her 11 assists.

Chaparral's loss dropped their record down to 18-16. As for Trinity Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-4.

Coming up, Chaparral will head out on the road to challenge Garden Plain on Tuesday. As for Trinity Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Belle Plaine on the 7th.
