Fyffe waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Geraldine Bulldogs. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-1 victory on Saturday.

When it comes to explaining why Geraldine lost, don't look at Cassie Burns. Despite the final result, she had 22 digs. Burns is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Fyffe's win bumped their record up to 29-8. As for Geraldine, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-26.

Fyffe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Plainview on the 11th. As for Geraldine, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Sylvania on the 11th.
