Basketball Recap: Philipsburg-Osceola Comes Up Short

Philipsburg-Osceola lost against Richland back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers had to suffer through a 63-36 loss at the hands of the Richland Rams. The Mountaineers just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row dating back to last season.

Philipsburg-Osceola's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Richland, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Philipsburg-Osceola has already played their next game, an 82-35 loss against Bishop Guilfoyle on the 9th. As for Richland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 69-66 defeat against Central Cambria on the 9th.
