Softball Recap: Plattsmouth Blue Devils vs. Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays
Plattsmouth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 15-2 to the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly 13 runs.
Plattsmouth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Justine Villamonte, who went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI. Villamonte has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances.
