Softball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Central's offense. They lost 20-0 to the Bryant Hornets on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 back in April.

Central has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season. As for Bryant, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-1.

Looking ahead, Central will head out to square off against Pine Bluff at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bryant, they will square off against Benton at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
