If South San Francisco was feeling good fresh off their 41-18 takedown of Half Moon Bay last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors took a 13-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hillsdale Fighting Knights on Wednesday. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

South San Francisco's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-3. As for Hillsdale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

South San Francisco didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 40-14 win against Sequoia on the 20th.
