Softball Recap: East Iberville Takes a Loss

After flying high against North Iberville on Wednesday, East Iberville came back down to earth. The Tigers lost 17-3 to the Port Allen Pelicans on Thursday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Pelicans recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

East Iberville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Port Allen, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Iberville will square off against West St. John at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Port Allen, they will face off against White Castle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
