Baseball Recap: Seven Straight Road Victories for Gatesville

On Tuesday Gatesville's undefeated season almost came to an end. They beat the Little River Academy Bumblebees by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 5-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-3 last Monday.

Gatesville's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games.
