Soccer Game Preview: Buena Park vs. Katella

The Buena Park Coyotes will challenge the Katella Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Buena Park's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Buena Park's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Godinez Fundamental on Friday. That's two games in a row now that Buena Park have lost by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Katella's matchup on Friday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over Santa Ana.

Buena Park's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11-3. As for Katella, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-3 and their overall record up to 7-6-6.
