Basketball Recap: Gonzales Takes a Loss

Gonzales and Devine squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Gonzales had to settle for second. They were dealt a 71-32 loss at the hands of the Devine Warhorses. The Apaches haven't had much luck with the Warhorses recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Gonzales' defeat dropped their record down to 14-18. As for Devine, they are on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 20 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 25-10 record this season.

Gonzales does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Devine, they will take on Navarro on Thursday.
