Dynamic duo of Kaegan Ash and Jack Maples lead Mt. Enterprise to victory

The Mt. Enterprise Wildcats's game last Tuesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They managed a 54-50 victory over Alto. This was payback for Mt. Enterprise, who suffered a 71-49 loss the last time these two teams met.

Leading Mt. Enterprise to victory were Kaegan Ash and Jack Maples. Ash scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and two steals, while Maples scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and five blocks. Maples hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Bryce Durrett, who scored seven points.

Mt. Enterprise's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Alto, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-8.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Cushing the next time they take the court. Alto will head out to face Cushing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Mt. Enterprise will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
