Soccer Recap: King's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Thursday

After flying high against Eastside Prep on Tuesday, King came back down to earth. The Knights lost 7-0 to the Bear Creek Grizzlies on Thursday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, King's haven't been shut out since back in March.

With the defeat, King's broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-3-1. As for Bear Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King's will head out to take on Cascade Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. Cascade Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something King's surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bear Creek, they are taking a road trip to challenge Overlake at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
