Basketball Game Preview: Orcutt Academy Spartans vs. Exeter Monarchs

The Orcutt Academy Spartans will be taking part in a tournament against the Exeter Monarchs at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are still undefeated after three games, but that won't be the case come Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Orcutt Academy strolled past Carpinteria with points to spare, taking the game 50-31.

Meanwhile, Exeter was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Strathmore 78-50. Fans of the Monarchs have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Exeter's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Orcutt Academy, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 3-0.
