Softball Recap: Jupiter Falls Short of Wellington in the Playoffs

Jupiter and Wellington squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Jupiter had to settle for second. They fell 4-0 to the Wolverines. Considering the last time the Warriors couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Jupiter saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sam Basen, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Jupiter's defeat dropped their record down to 20-6. As for Wellington, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-4.

As of now, neither Jupiter nor the Wolverines have any future games scheduled.
