Soccer Recap: North Rowan Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against South Stanly on Monday, North Rowan came back down to earth. The Cavaliers fell just short of the Albemarle Bulldogs by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. North Rowan were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Albemarle apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Osmar Nava wasn't going to let Albemarle walk away unscathed as he scored both of North Rowan's goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.

North Rowan's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Albemarle, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Coming up, North Rowan will face off against North Stanly at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Albemarle, they will be playing at home against West Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
