Volleyball Recap: Dexter Wins Going Away Against New Madrid County Central

The Dexter Bearcats made easy work of the New Madrid County Central Eagles on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bearcats.

Dexter walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-17.

Karis Kennedy paced Dexter's offense, picking up eight kills. Kennedy got some help from Sidney Booker and her 18 assists. Booker was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Dexter's victory bumped their record up to 15-11-2. As for New Madrid County Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-13-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Dexter nor New Madrid County Central have any future games scheduled.
