After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mountain Pine, Horatio was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Foreman Gator Arkansas to the tune of 59-16. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Gator Arkansas are ranked 248th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Horatio's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Foreman, they dropped their record down to 1-22 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Horatio didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 39-28 win against Caddo Hills on the 11th. As for Foreman, they will head out to challenge Taylor at 5:30 p.m. on February 14th. Taylor will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Foreman surely won't give up without a fight.
