Volleyball Recap: Carroll Christian Takes a Loss

Carroll Christian was the 3-1 winner over Calvary Baptist Church Academy when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. Carroll Christian fell just short of Calvary Baptist Church Academy by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. Carroll Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Carroll Christian sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 24-26, 25-21, 16-25, 17-15.

Carroll Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Calvary Baptist Church Academy, their win ended a seven-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-11-1.

As of now, neither Carroll Christian nor Calvary Baptist Church Academy have any future games scheduled.
