Okawville took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Greenville Comets. The win continues a trend for the Rockets in their matchups with the Comets: they've now won six in a row.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Okawville was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-7.

Jaycie Buss paced Okawville's offense, picking up six kills. Buss got some help from Kenley Hackstadt and her 12 assists. Aubrey Krieger and Cadee Wiedwilt kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Okawville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Wayne City on the 26th. As for Greenville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Lebanon on the 28th.
