Baseball Recap: Germantown Takes a Loss

Germantown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-1 to the Catskill Cats.

Germantown saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Cruz, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Germantown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Catskill, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Germantown will face off against rival Cairo-Durham at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Catskill is set to challenge their familiar foe Hudson at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
