Basketball Recap: Reagan Victorious

Reagan's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They came out on top against the South Miami Cobras by a score of 27-20. While the Bison didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Reagan's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for South Miami, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Reagan will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Downtown Doral at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for South Miami, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Varela at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Miami's defense has only allowed 23.3 points per game this season, so Varela's offense will have their work cut out for them.
