There's no place like home for Whittier RVT, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They put the hurt on the Worcester Tech Eagles with a sharp 12-5 win on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won 12 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Whittier RVT is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Worcester Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-7.

Whittier RVT wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 5-1 win against Greater Lawrence Tech on the 12th. Worcester Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
