Basketball Recap: Adrian Piles Up the Points Against Prairie City/Burnt River

Adrian won the last time they faced Prairie City/Burnt River and things went their way on Saturday too. The Adrian Antelopes simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Prairie City/Burnt River 55-23. That looming 55-23 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Antelopes yet this season.

Adrian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for Prairie City/Burnt River, they moved to 4-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, Adrian and Prairie City/Burnt River will both be playing Cove the next time they take the court. Prairie City/Burnt River will host Cove at 5:30 p.m. on December 28th, while Adrian will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
