Adrian extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Lilly Talley. The Blackhawks put the hurt on the Crest Ridge Cougars with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday with plenty of help from Talley, who had 16 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Adrian was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-11, 25-18.

Adrian's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Crest Ridge, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Adrian will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Sherwood at 6:15 p.m. This will be the Blackhawks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Crest Ridge has already played their next matchup (against Appleton City/Montrose), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
