Football Recap: Veterans Comes Up Short

Veterans lost against Warner Robins back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warhawks took a 27-17 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Demons. The Warhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Veterans now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Warner Robins, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Veterans will take on Houston County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Warhawks their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Warner Robins, they will head out to face off against Wayne County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Demons will be up against the Yellow Jackets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.8 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
