Volleyball Game Preview: Franklin Panthers vs. Eagle Rock Eagles

Franklin hasn't had much luck against Eagle Rock recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Panthers will take on the Eagles at 4:30 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin took on Lincoln on Monday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Tigers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Eagle Rock got the win against Bravo on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won eight in a row.

Eagle Rock not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bravo between 17 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-18.

Eagle Rock's victory bumped their record up to 25-10. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.

Franklin suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Eagle Rock in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
