Volleyball Recap: Brackenridge Takes a Loss

Brackenridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Edison Golden Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-15.

Brackenridge's defeat dropped their record down to 7-21. As for Edison, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-12.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Brackenridge will square off against rival Highlands at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Edison is set to face off against their familiar foe Sam Houston at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
