Soccer Game Preview: Eisenhower vs. Wenatchee

Eisenhower hasn't had much luck against Wenatchee recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Cadets will be playing at home against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Eisenhower's victory against Moses Lake wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cadets had just enough and edged out the Mavericks 2-1. The win continues a trend for Eisenhower in their matchups with Moses Lake: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Wenatchee strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let Moses Lake get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. That seven goal margin sets a new team best for Wenatchee this season.

Wenatchee pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three games. As for Eisenhower, their win bumped their record up to 5-3-1.
