Basketball Recap: St. Peter Takes a Loss

After flying high against Two Rivers last Saturday, St. Peter came back down to earth. The St. Peter Saints were outmatched by the Delano Tigers and fell 82-37. The match marked the Saints' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

St. Peter dropped their record down to 9-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Delano, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

St. Peter has already played their next game, a 73-47 defeat against New Ulm on the 24th. As for Delano, they are taking a road trip to square off against Hutchinson at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th. Delano is facing Hutchinson at the right time seeing as Hutchinson is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
