 The Spanish Fork Dons will be staying on the road  on Monday to face off against the Ridgeline Riverhawks at 5:30  p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Ridgeline's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them  on Monday: Spanish Fork had not allowed a single  run the last five times they've hit the field. Spanish Fork's pitcher stepped up to hand Maple Mountain  a   9-0 shutout  on Thursday.
  Lucy Evans spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered  just zero earned runs on two hits and racked up eight Ks.
 On the hitting side,  Tatum Hall was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Jade Romero was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Ridgeline put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Mountain Crest with a sharp  10-0 victory.
  Brielle Gardiner made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. Gardiner has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in seven consecutive pitching appearances. Gardiner was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  double.
 In other batting news, Ridgeline got a  massive  performance out of  Anne Wallace, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Ellie Pond, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
 Spanish Fork's win was  their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 17-2. As for Ridgeline, their record is now 17-0.
 Monday's   game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Spanish Fork has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .473. However, it's not like Ridgeline struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .527. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Spanish Fork beat Ridgeline 6-1  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Spanish Fork since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
