Nate Moore leads a balanced attack to beat Peoria Notre Dame

Recap: Normal West Wildcats vs. Peoria Notre Dame Irish
The Normal West Wildcats can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They strolled past Peoria Notre Dame with points to spare, taking the game 48-33. The win was just what Normal West needed coming off of a 69-35 defeat in their prior match.
Normal West got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nate Moore out in front who scored 15 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Austin, who scored 15 points.
Normal West's win bumped their record up to 8-17. As for Peoria Notre Dame, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.
Normal West will be playing in front of their home fans against Washington at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Peoria Notre Dame, they will head out on the road to square off against Urbana at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
