After losing to Jackson Heights the last time they met, Doniphan West decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs came out on top against the Cobras by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

While Doniphan West won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15.

Doniphan West has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Jackson Heights, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.

Coincidentally, Doniphan West and Jackson Heights will both be playing Troy the next time they take the court. The Cobras will host the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
