Football Game Preview: Bolton vs. Caldwell Parish

Bolton have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Caldwell Parish at 7:00 PM. Bolton are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.

Bolton were the first on the board but had to settle for second at the end of their match against Marksville last Friday. Bolton took a serious blow against Marksville, falling 7-59. Bolton were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 7-34.

Meanwhile, Caldwell Parish put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They made easy work of Peabody and carried off a 35-14 win. The victory was familiar territory for Caldwell Parish, who now have five in a row.

Caldwell Parish's win lifted them to 5-1 while Bolton's defeat dropped them down to 3-3. In their win, Caldwell Parish relied heavily on senior Tavius Bryant, who picked up 100 yards on the ground. Bolton will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
