La Salle Academy put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Prout Crusaders get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Rams, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not much got past Hailey Vigneau, who gave up just a hit and racked up nine Ks to keep Prout off the board. Vigneau has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Diana Hall was incredible, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Phoenyx Silva, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

La Salle Academy's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Prout, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

La Salle Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 8-1 victory against Gorham on the 4th. As for Prout, they have also already played their next match, a 12-11 defeat against North Kingstown on the 8th.
