Softball Recap: Campolindo Comes Up Short

Campolindo came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 16-2 to the Berean Christian Eagles. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost six in a row.

Campolindo saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Paige Williams, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Campolindo's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Berean Christian, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-3.

As of now, neither Campolindo nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
