The Gulf Breeze Dolphins will kick their season off against the Fort Walton Beach Vikings on Thursday. Kickoff is scheduled at 5:30 p.m.

Fort Walton Beach is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. They really took it to Booker T. Washington for the full four quarters, racking up a 28-0 victory.

Fort Walton Beach's win bumped their record up to 1-0.

As for Gulf Breeze, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished 4-8.

Gulf Breeze came up short against Fort Walton Beach when the teams last played back in March of 2024, falling 6-0. Can Gulf Breeze avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
