Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Myers Park). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Olympic Trojans a 16-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Mustangs have beaten the Trojans the last nine times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Trojans has come to flipping the script.

Jackson Gasiorowski looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Price Bailey, who scored four runs while going 4-for-5. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Adams Hollmeyer was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Myers Park always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .526. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Myers Park's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Olympic, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.
