Basketball Recap: Harlan Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

On Tuesday, the Harlan Falcons didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood Lions, but they still walked away with a 63-59 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

Jameel Patterson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 22 points. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. Derion Pope was another key player, posting 14 points.

Harlan's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5. As for Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Harlan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-59 win against Urban Prep-Bronzeville on the 7th. Urban Prep-Bronzeville/Urban Prep-Englewood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
