Northwestern Lehigh had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Thursday. They never let the Lehighton Indians get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Northwestern Lehigh pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Lehighton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northwestern Lehigh will host Northern Lehigh at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lehighton, they will welcome Palmerton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
