Volleyball Recap: Rosemead Panthers vs. Lucerne Valley Mustangs
With a playoff game on the line, Rosemead rose to the challenge on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Lucerne Valley Mustangs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.
Rosemead was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive contests.
Rosemead has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season. As for Lucerne Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.
