Braylynn Halverson put up the most strikeouts she's had since April 3rd on Saturday. She struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk).

Halverson's strong effort led Cle Elum-Roslyn over Granger and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors are a perfect 9-0 against the Spartans going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
