It's playoff time, and Lincoln-Way West had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Kenwood Broncos on Saturday as they made off with a 43-20 win. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won seven games by 23 points or more so far this season.

Kenwood's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kenyonte Louis, who threw for 219 yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 111 yards on only 11 carries. A healthy portion of Louis' aerial production (130 yards to be exact) went to Lawrence Carr, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

The victory (which was Lincoln-Way West's fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points over those games. As for Kenwood, the loss snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 9-2 record.

As of now, neither Lincoln-Way West nor the Broncos have any future games scheduled.
